We answer your customers on WhatsApp — on the record.

Numainda is the Urdu word for the representative a business sends to speak for it. That is the job. We reply to the questions your shoppers ask before they buy, confirm the cash-on-delivery order, and keep the buyer posted until the rider knocks — and every single message can show the consent behind it.

Sabza Fabrics Example

Assalam-o-Alaikum Hina 👋 Your order #5107 from Sabza Fabrics is packed and with the rider today. Anything you want to ask before it reaches you?

The whole list

Two columns. Nothing in the first one is a surprise, and nothing in the second one ever happens.

Most WhatsApp trouble in Pakistan starts on the right-hand side of this page. So we wrote both halves down and hold every merchant to them.

What goes out

  • 01Answers to questions your shoppers ask — size, stock, price, delivery time — while they are still deciding.
  • 02A cash-on-delivery confirmation, checked with the buyer before the parcel is loaded.
  • 03Dispatch and delivery updates against the order they actually placed.
  • 04A reply from a real person whenever the conversation needs one.

What never does

  • Campaigns, discount blasts, festival offers or “we miss you” nudges.
  • Anything to a number that did not tick the box at your checkout.
  • Messages under a brand the customer never bought from.
  • Contacts bought, scraped, rented or imported from anywhere.
Checkout to doorstep

Four moves, always in this order

Consent opens it, the thread carries it, and your team steps in only where a person is genuinely needed.

  1. The shopper agrees, in writing

An unticked box at your checkout, naming your store, ticked by the customer’s own hand. That record is what makes every message after it legitimate.

  2. The thread opens

An approved template starts it — order received, order confirmed, parcel dispatched — or the shopper writes in first. Either way you are in a conversation, not shouting into a void.

  3. They reply with a tap

Confirm the order, track the parcel, ask something, or send STOP and be finished. Whatever they choose lands against the right order the moment they send it.

  4. The parcel meets someone expecting it

Buyers who were kept informed take delivery. Fewer refusals at the gate, fewer parcels riding back to your shelf, and a customer willing to order a second time.

Consent & compliance

Eight rules we would rather lose an account than break

This service is worth nothing the moment it steps outside Meta’s rules, so it was built inside them from the first line of code. These are the eight, in full.

R-01

Consent is active, never assumed

The box loads empty and the customer ticks it. No pre-ticked defaults, no consent inferred from the act of ordering, no quiet enrolment.

R-02

The consent says what it means

It carries your store’s name, states that messages arrive on WhatsApp, and describes them as support and order updates — utility messages, not advertising.

R-03

The name on the message is the name they bought from

A customer who ordered from one of your brands is never messaged under another. This is the rule broken most often in Pakistan, and it is not negotiable here.

R-04

Only templates Meta has cleared

Every format is filed for review and approved before it can carry a single send. Nothing improvised, and nothing edited after approval.

R-05

STOP is instant and permanent

One reply takes that number off your store’s list. We honour it every time, and we never make it hard to find.

R-06

No lists, no cold sends

We do not buy, scrape, rent or import contacts, and we never message a person who did not opt in at your checkout.

R-07

Independent, and we say so out loud

Support Numainda runs on Meta’s platform but is not affiliated with, partnered with or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta or Facebook.

R-08

No guarantees we cannot keep

Nobody can promise Meta will never restrict an account. What we can promise is a setup that gives it no reason to.

Asked and answered

The questions merchants actually open with

Same format we use with your customers: a real question, a straight answer, and a receipt underneath it.

Merchant asks

Is any of this against WhatsApp’s rules?

No, and there is nothing grey about it. Everything runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API), every template passes Meta’s review before it can send, and the only numbers in the system belong to shoppers who ticked a consent box at your checkout. Answering your own customers about their own orders is precisely the job Meta built this platform to do.

Official Cloud API · every template pre-cleared

Merchant asks

Are you Meta’s partner, or part of WhatsApp?

Neither. Support Numainda is an independent Karachi business that builds on Meta’s published tools, the same way any developer can. We are not affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta or Facebook, and those names remain their trademarks.

Rule R-07 · stated on every page

Merchant asks

What does the opt-in actually look like?

One empty checkbox on your checkout page. It carries your store’s name, states that support replies and order updates will arrive on WhatsApp, and spells out what those messages contain. Nothing is pre-selected, and a shopper who scrolls past it is never added.

Rules R-01, R-02 · we supply the wording

Merchant asks

A customer wants the messages to stop. What happens?

They reply STOP, and that number leaves your store’s list on the spot and stays off it. No are-you-sure loop, no win-back offer, no exceptions. The instruction is printed on the messages themselves rather than buried in a policy page.

Rule R-05 · irreversible by design

Merchant asks

What will actually be sent to my customers?

Order confirmations, dispatch and delivery updates, COD checks, and straight answers to whatever they ask — each one tied to a real order or a real question they sent. No campaigns, no discount blasts, no we-miss-you nudges, and nothing at all to somebody who never opted in.

The full list is above, both columns

Merchant asks

Can you guarantee my number will never be restricted?

No — and treat anyone who guarantees it as a warning sign. Meta makes that call on signals only Meta sees. What is genuinely in our hands is the input: real consent, approved templates, and messages people are already expecting. Keeping those clean is the only honest way to keep the risk low.

Rule R-08 · the one promise we refuse to make

Merchant asks

How much work lands on my team?

Very little. We connect to your order flow and hand you the consent box to drop into checkout. After that the routine updates run by themselves, and your people only pick up the conversations that genuinely need a human.

Setup is one call plus Meta’s review wait

Merchant asks

Where do my customers’ details end up?

We take the name, number and order details needed to hold the conversation, and nothing more. You remain the controller and we act as your processor. The data goes to Meta/WhatsApp so the message can be delivered, and to our named sub-processors so the service keeps running — nowhere else. Retention, security and your customers’ rights are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

No CNIC, no card data, no advertising profiles

Contact

Tell us what you sell and how orders reach you

That is genuinely the whole first call. We connect the order flow, hand over the consent box for your checkout, and file your templates with Meta. Or write in just to ask whether the setup you already run is compliant.
